History
Out of an inexplicable and authentic passion for the details of automotive construction and design, in 2016 Autentici® was born. It materialised as a classic car restoration workshop in the north of Portugal, with the uncompromising vision of preserving the automotive heritage and providing each owner with a memorable experience. In just four years, the workshop grew from a 60 m² space to an 1800 m² facility, reflecting customer trust and an unwavering dedication to excellence.
Each project was carried out with a meticulous obsession for detail and a deep respect for the authenticity of the cars and their owners. The inspiration for the brand's name was born precisely from this sentiment. From the meticulous restoration of every component to the complete reconstruction of a car, each process was carried out by the finest craftsmen, who expertly breathed new life into every millimetre of each machine.
The value placed on personal relationships, both with the team and the owners, led to memorable moments. Among the most special was the selection of the final configuration, where the essence of the car and the owner's personality merged. This perfect balance between practical knowledge, history and individuality resulted in exceptional cars and a network of customers who naturally became lifelong friends.
However, the commitment to perfection posed significant challenges. The relentless pursuit of forming a team that shared the same values and standards became an unsustainable obstacle. In 2023, in a serene and organised manner, the workshop closed its doors. However, the "inexplicable and authentic passion" remained alive. The continuous contact with restored cars and those that retained the fascinating patina of time, as well as the friendships built up over the years, were too authentic to fade away.
Time and authenticity defined this outcome. The difficulty in finding authentic masters with the time to rebuild these machines led us to the need to protect them.
With pride and original elements from the garage, we have concentrated all our knowledge, experience, artistry and commitment to quality into the development and manufacture of the most functional and charming car protection accessory ever.
