8 Year General Warranty

Autentici® warrants the resistance to decay and the colour fastness (minimum colour resistance of 4/5 when exposed to ultraviolet rays and harsh weather conditions, according to the NF EN ISO 105 B04 standard, limiting changes in shade) of the fabric for 8 years from the date of purchase.

  • This warranty is valid under the following conditions:

    During the 8-year period, Autentici® will replace the product free of charge or, at its discretion, refund the invoiced amount, excluding any costs or other compensation, regardless of the cause. In the event of a justified claim after the 6th year, and taking into account depreciation due to use, the warranty will consist of a discount on the purchase of a new product of: 30 % during the 7th year and 15 % during the 8th year, based on the applicable rate on the day of the claim. Any claim must be submitted within 10 days of discovering the defect, accompanied by the invoice, via e-mail to care@autentici.com. The product must remain available by Autentici® technicians or its insurance company. Replacement or refund of the defective product does not extend the duration of the original warranty.

    This limited warranty only covers the rot-resistant properties and colour fastness of regularly treated products under normal use and environmental conditions.

  • Therefore, it does not cover:

    - Services not provided by Autentici®;

    - Accessories not supplied by Autentici®;

    - Imperfections such as stains, creases, etc. caused by misuse;

    - Defects resulting from ageing and normal wear and tear;

    - Consequences of use, handling or environmental conditions not recommended by Autentici®;

    - Repair of damage or manufacturing defects caused by accidents, negligence not attributable to Autentici®, or force majeure.

  • Is expressly excluded, in particular, any deterioration due to:

    - Poor maintenance or use of inappropriate products or tools; no detergents, chemicals, or solvents may be used, nor scrapers or other tools that could damage the surface;

    - Abnormal weather or environmental conditions;

    - Atmospheric or phytosanitary pollution;

    - Contamination caused by animals;

    - Improper handling, projection of various objects, objects caught in the fabric, falls, impacts, road accidents, vandalism, burns from cigarettes or other sources, fire.

    Under no circumstances shall this limited warranty affect the statutory warranties.

8 Year General Warranty

Autentici® is pleased to offer an 8-year limited warranty for its aluminium frames included in the Durum Umbra product. This warranty covers the integrity of the frame against oxidation, deterioration and deformation, as outlined in the terms and conditions below.

  • Warranty Coverage

    - Oxidation and Deterioration: The aluminium frame is guaranteed against oxidation and deterioration for a period of 8 years from the date of purchase. This commitment ensures that the aluminium used will maintain its properties without suffering damage from corrosive environmental agents, provided it is used under normal conditions and only if cleaning products supplied by Autentici® are used.
    - Deformation: We guarantee that the aluminium frame will not suffer deformations that compromise its functionality and safety, within the limits of proper use and under normal operating conditions.

  • Warranty Terms and Conditions

    This warranty will only be valid if the following terms and conditions are met:

    - Proper Use: The structure must be used in accordance with the specifications provided by Autentici®. Any use outside the recommendations, including, but not limited to, overloading and use in non-indicated environments, will invalidate this warranty.

    - Careful handling: The structure must be handled with care to avoid damage. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from mishandling, falls, crushing, impacts or any other form of misuse that could compromise the integrity of the structure.

    - Proper maintenance: Only use cleaning products supplied by Autentici® to ensure the longevity and integrity of the frame.

  • Warranty Exclusions

    This warranty does not cover:

    - Damage caused by accidents, disasters or any other external cause beyond Autentici®'s control.

    - Damage resulting from unauthorised modifications or repairs carried out by third parties not authorised by Autentici®.

Warranty Claim Procedure

To claim the warranty, the customer must contact care@autentici.com via e-mail and provide:

- Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).

- A detailed description of the issue encountered.

- Photographic evidence or other documents that substantiate the claimed defect.

Following the analysis, Autentici® will, at its sole discretion, determine the best course of action, which may include repair, replacement, or proportional reimbursement of the product.

Liability Limitations

Autentici®'s liability is restricted to the purchase price of the product and shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the structure.
